The relationship with Zara has been ongoing for several years and the roles have varied from Site to Construction Manager. Project deliverables included shop refurbishment to total shop fit-out. Our construction team worked alongside the international teams sent to Australia and this proved to be a huge learning curve, observing and learning how this international giant rolls out stores, with such precision. Timelines and budgets were scrutinised daily and often meant working around the clock to meant deadlines. We also had to work with and coordinate stores that continued to trade, with minimal disruption. The individual projects ran from 3 to 14 weeks.
